Job description We are seeking dedicated Support Workers who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users. Whether you have experience in complex care or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you By working with us as a Support Worker, you'll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a gentleman in his 50s in Bury. Our service user enjoys staying active and engaging with the community, supported by his dedicated care team. He participates in a range of activities, including visits to zoos and safari parks, quiz nights at local pubs, and clay pigeon shooting. In this role, you'll provide overnight care and attend to his needs as required. The night shift runs from 8pm to 8am, with a sleep-in period between 11pm and 7am. Pay Rates: £14.50 - £19.00 per hour Approx. £143.50 - £176.00 (per 12-hour sleep in night shift) Shifts Available: Full Time and Part Time Sleep In Nights 8pm - 8am Alternate weekends are required Essential Requirements 3 months previous care experience Personal Care Moving and Handling Medication Administration Clear Communication Skills Valid Driver's Licence Due to the nature of our vacancies, service users have the right to request either female or male staff.
