We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Poole, who are the leading suppliers within their industry. Due to year-on-year growth, they are looking for someone to join their busy and expanding team.
This is a small business that can offer excellent career growth, and you will be working closely with the sales team in a fun environment.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, with a salary of £24-26,000 per annum.
Main Duties:
1. Taking incoming calls and directing them to the relevant person/team or assisting with their queries.
2. Responding to customer enquiries via telephone or email.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients, both new and existing.
4. General administration.
5. Quoting/estimating on behalf of customers.
6. After sales management.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience working within an office.
2. Strong administration skills and experience using Microsoft Suite.
