Job Description
* Take full responsibility for the circa 600 bin wine list
* Help to achieve restaurant profitability through revenue generation and effective cost control
* Excellent knowledge of world wines, spirits and Cocktails
* Working with the Operations Director to create and maintain a well-balanced wine list both price wise and representationally
* Work with and learn from the extraordinary culinary and front of house talent in a diverse, energising and professional restaurant environment
Qualifications
* Self Motivated and well organised
* Excellent communication skills
* Ideally possess intermediate WSET or equivalent Sommelier qualifications
* Clear passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Be an accomplished leader who can train and build a team
