Would a 9 month contract working with a major UK developer interest you?\n\nApplicants need to have strong experience working on handovers for new build residential schemes to manage testing and commissioning apartments across multiple floors and blocks in a development.\n\nBenefits\n\nLong term freelance work\nCIS Method of payment authorised\nOpportunity to work with a major UK developerJob description\n\nCoordinate testing and commissioning part with all M&E contractors including electrical, mechanical, ventilation, lift and sprinkler.\nManage and coordinate testing and commissioning across 2 blocks \nCoordinate and assist technical team to update testing certificates in line with O&M manual portal ( Createmaster).\nQuality checks on all test certificates.\nChair site level testing and commission meeting with contractors.\nCoordinate clients COW and specialities commissioning engineers with sub-contractors\nManage client COW inspections and coordinate the matters with contractors and close the reports.\nManage Cause and effect test schedule\nAssist QS to obtain relevant warranties and paper works.\nAssist utility companies' quires and manage their finals.\nMaking sure installations are to drawings\nControlling safety, quality & environmental activitiesRequirements\n\nMechanical or Electrical background with min HND or NVQ level 6 or similar qualification.\nCSCS\nSMSTS\nMinimum 2 years experience as Assistant M&P manager for a residential project. \n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
