Due to growth, our established client is looking to recruit for a Sales and Marketing Director. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering strong customer relationships.
The role:
1. Developing and implementing creative selling strategies for sales representatives.
2. Building and leading teams to achieve desired revenue targets.
3. Participating in board meetings and reporting directly to the executive board.
4. Steering the direction of sales and marketing efforts in relation to industry developments, products, and services.
5. Identifying new areas of sales development and creating a strategic and targeted plan to actively engage those markets.
6. Taking new products to market in a creative and exciting way that will engage.
7. Overseeing sales, marketing, SEO, social media, and budget.
8. Developing and executing yearly sales and marketing plans.
9. Creating strategies to grow sales and revenue, working closely with other departments to understand their capacities and capabilities and playing to our strengths.
Experience:
1. Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role.
2. Strong leadership skills.
3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
