About The Role
What youll be doing: Youll be joining a small team of between 4 6 members of staff
Youll be committed to delivering a great customer experience
You'll be working up to 45 hours per week
Youll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner
Youll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers
Youll ensure that you exceed our customers expectations and reassure them when they're bewildered by choice
Youll be working hard as part of the team in achieving challenging sales targets
What youll need - skills and experience: Youll have previous experience in selling technical products to customers
Youll have experience in a retail customer service orientated environment
Youll have previous experience in dealing with customers
Youll have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product range
Youll possess strong accuracy and numeracy skills
Youll possess basic computer literacy
Youll be self motivated and have a can-do attitude
