Non live in Role paying 30,000 per annum
Live in salary which includes accommodation and bills - 26,000 per annum

2. Grout
3. Blockages
4. Replace light switches and plug sockets
5. Light bulbs
6. Skirtings
7. Lock changes
8. Basic leaks
9. Self closers
10. Smoke seals
11. General maintenance
12. Painting
13. Cleaning
14. Void works
