Telesales Manager - Halifax & Manchester
Overall responsibility for a dual site telesales function of 20fte with direct leadership of 2fte Team Leaders
Key Stakeholder responsibility for delivery against the internal sales strategy for the SME Telesales team to achieve against financial budgets
Manage, own and drive results for SME Appointment booking, identifying trends, successes and challenges that will provide data to support the internal sales strategy
Work with Team Leaders to drive effective lead management, conversion and up-selling across the Sales Exec population
Report on Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Annual Appointment setting performance, together with management of Sales Team Leaders
Provide the team with regular training, development and 1-2-1's
Increase the growth potential within existing accounts & new clients, using all available data to make informed dialling choices
Be a commercial figurehead for Appointment / Opportunity creation along with the delivery of commercial revenues
Lead strategic projects as and where required
Improve and drive the cross sell performance across the business
Develop and implement plans BDE effectiveness, process, retention's, renewals and client relationship management

The Head of Telesales role will join an Industry Lead at their offices based in the Halifax and Manchester Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 doe, plus generous bonus / commission (to be disclosed) and enhanced benefits package
