Who are DG:
There’s no place like DG! We believe that what we have built is the ultimate team culture experience. Our culture was developed by all team members within DG, and we hold ourselves accountable to each other for living and breathing our culture.
We spend a good amount of time with colleagues, so it’s important that we not only have a great team ethos but a work environment that encourages open and honest conversations supported by our coaching culture and lifelong learning and development opportunities.
What is our vision:
A new Managing Partner was elected in April 2024, bringing a new and exciting vision for DG! We want to be the best that we can be, achieved by recruiting the right people to join us.
We have plans to grow the firm both organically and through M&A. However, we will never compromise our culture, which sits at the heart of all business decisions.
What is the role doing:
The role involves supporting our Residential Property team with administrative support on all things conveyancing. You will be responsible for client onboarding, dealing with client queries, and providing administrative support to the lawyers through to post completion.
What do we look for:
You will need to be confident on the telephone, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to organise and prioritise your work. Experience of working in an office is also required.
To work at DG, you should want to be part of something bigger than just your team, live and breathe our values & behaviours, and value and respect all team members for their contributions.
What will we offer in return:
A competitive salary. We don’t advertise salary bandings to avoid deterring candidates. We encourage open conversations with our internal recruiter about salary expectations from the start.
We offer benefits including car parking, health cash back scheme, pension scheme, life assurance, bonus scheme, one-to-one coaching, referral bonuses, social events, and free flu vaccinations. Our hybrid working policy is a standout benefit, as we do not plan to ask people to return to the office full time.
