It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post. Job Purpose To provide daily support for older lady with mobility issues Location Weston Longville, NR9 Details I am an 80 year old amputee wheelchair user seeking friendly P.A. support to assist me both in my home and to get out and about. Because I will require daily care this is most likely to be a job-share arrangement. My P.A’s will need to be capable of managing transfers from chair to bed/toilet etc with the use of a hoist. Training will be available. I require some personal care, including washing, dressing and catheter care, therefore females preferred. My P.A’s will also support me with domestic tasks to keep my home tidy and safe, as well as meal preparation ensuring I have appropriate meals to support my diabetic diet. I would like my P.A. to occasionally take me out shopping or for social activities. Due to remote location a driver with own car is important, and it would be an advantage if their vehicle could accommodate me with boot space for my wheelchair(I have a blue badge for use if I am taken out).
