Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting health assessments and monitoring vital signs.
* Administer vaccinations and injections as required.
* Assist in the management of chronic diseases and provide education to patients on self-care practices.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop individualised care plans.
* Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
* Ensure adherence to infection control protocols within the practice.
* Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements
* Registered Nurse qualification with a valid nursing licence.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
* Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* A compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to promoting health and wellbeing.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Qualified nurse with relevant experience.
* Able to work independently and also as part of a close team.
Knowledge and skills
* Up-to-date knowledge of basic nursing procedures; willing to undertake further study if necessary.
* Experience in using computers to input consultations.
* Able to take instructions from other clinical colleagues with and without supervision.
* Willing to undertake some administrative work, such as contacting patients for follow-up appointments.
Experience
* Experience in working with adults and children in a variety of clinical situations; able to make decisions autonomously.
* Previous experience working in the community or primary care is desirable but not essential.
