Job Title: Customer Service Representative

The Role
We are seeking an outgoing individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, developing a good understanding of our products to provide accurate help to customers. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and skills to solve customer issues.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries, pricing requests, order/delivery information, and basic technical requests by telephone and email.
* Support internal sales staff and trade stockist network with product training and advice.
* Process returns and refunds.
* Work with the team to manage multiple team mailboxes.
* Accurately enter quotations and sales orders for spare parts sales, ensuring delivery dates are met.
* Investigate and resolve invoice queries.
* Work with delivery partners to resolve delivery issues.
* Process warranty claims and manage costs.
Requirements
* Experience in an office-based Customer Service role is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Friendly, confident, and eager to learn and develop knowledge of the company's products on a daily basis.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is beneficial but not required, as training will be given.
* Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.
* Flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiative.
* PC literate and numerate, proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
* Demonstrate creativity and adaptability.
