About the Role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Delivery Team. This specialised role focuses on applying Agile project management methodologies while fulfilling critical Scrum Master and Product Manager responsibilities within Agile teams. You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of client AI solutions within the Public Sector (Health, Education, and Government). As a Project Manager, you'll lead Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure teams deliver value in each sprint. You'll be the voice of the customer, translating business needs into user stories, prioritising the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of features that align with customer requirements and business value. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Scrum Master and/or Product Manager within Agile teams Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Define and manage product backlogs with clear prioritisation Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria Manage sprint planning and execution while removing impediments for delivery teams Track and report on sprint and release progress Manage project budgets and team velocity Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with clients Ensure alignment between delivered solutions and business requirements Support continuous improvement within the delivery team Required Skills and Experience At least 3 years in a Product or Project Management Office role Experience with Agile frameworks and PRINCE2 methodologies Strong product thinking and customer-centric mindset Ability to translate customer needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria Experience prioritising backlogs based on business value and technical dependencies Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong communication and organisational abilities Experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment Qualifications PRINCE2 Foundation (Required) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) (Desired) PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or PRINCE2 Agile (Desired) What We Offer Flexible and remote working options Enhanced pension scheme (5% employer contribution) 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays £1,200 annual work-from-home allowance Private healthcare package (Vitality) Eligibility Requirements Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
