Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Arts Centre Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that all visitors have a positive and enriching experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and delivery of arts and cultural programs and events. Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, answering queries and offering assistance as needed. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the centre, including setting up and taking down equipment for events. Support administrative tasks such as booking management, record keeping, and handling correspondence. Collaborate with other team members to promote the centre's activities and engage with the local community. Requirements: A passion for the arts and a commitment to promoting cultural activities. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer service environment. Knowledge of local arts and cultural organisations.
