Currently, we are looking to welcome a seasoned Senior Designer with strong branding and digital design expertise who is articulate and meticulous in understanding and communicating the design process to various clients. This opportunity is full-time and will be a hybrid role based in New York or London, UK, working onsite four days a week with one remote day available. We are currently seeking NYC or London residents for this opportunity only.

Your Expertise:
* At least ten years of hands-on experience in design, with a strong background in branding and digital media, including UX/UI, web design, and presentations.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and strategies to a variety of stakeholders.
* Adept at systems thinking for brand identity and digital applications rather than traditional print, with a preference for creating over managing.
* Proven ability to inspire and support design teams, applying branding standards while contributing to the evolution of design strategies.
Your Responsibilities:
* Create exceptional design solutions for a diverse range of projects, including impactful presentations, digital content, and comprehensive branding efforts, while upholding a strong emphasis on visual quality.
* Grasp and apply intricate brand systems, ensuring uniformity across all materials, including secondary brand identities and marketing assets.
* Collaborate with various teams to collect project details, conducting in-depth research and brainstorming sessions to generate effective design strategies that align with overarching goals.
* Showcase design concepts and finalized work to stakeholders and partners, clearly communicating the creative rationale and insights behind your design choices to aid in informed decision-making.
* Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere by motivating and guiding fellow designers, sharing valuable insights, and encouraging a culture of creative experimentation and innovation.
* Oversee project workflows, ensuring all tasks are completed punctually while adhering to the organization's branding and design standards.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and new technologies, consistently looking for opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to the team's collective knowledge.
* Engage in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, providing constructive feedback and input to refine design concepts and improve project outcomes.
* Juggle multiple design initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
* Play a role in developing and evolving design templates and system components, ensuring they are aligned with the firm's branding strategy and fulfill the needs of internal clients.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
* A minimum of 10 years of hands-on design experience, with a strong focus on branding, digital media, and UX/UI.
* Expertise in working with complex brand identity systems and sub-brands, with an emphasis on digital applications over traditional print.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and presentation software, with the ability to adapt to various design platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to present design concepts to stakeholders, providing strategic insights and rationale for design decisions.
* Experience working in both agency and in-house environments, preferably with exposure to high-profile agencies or top-tier clients.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and guide other designers.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.
* Must be okay with working onsite in the NYC or London office.
