Service Engineer
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing regional servicing and maintenance/support services to customers in various settings. This includes technical support with entry systems/automated doors and components, as well as general customer service. Candidates should be professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. This position will also require the ability to manage customer requests in a timely and effective manner.
Job Requirements:
1. Must have a valid driver’s license
2. Must have mechanical/electrical engineering experience
3. Must have experience with related equipment
4. Must possess strong organizational skills, good time management skills, and basic data entry skills
5. Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ongoing support/technical assistance over the phone and on-site for technicians.
2. Engineer induction program.
3. Field management support.
4. Support to Technical Training Manager when required.
5. Be available to work outside normal working hours when required.
This position will be field-based in the West Midlands.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,521.47-£38,182.18 per year
