Senior Salesforce Consultant

This well established Partner has a fantastic reputation in the Salesforce ecosystem and have demonstrated year on year growth since their inception. As such, they are looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join their existing consulting team.
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions for their clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.
* Provide expert-level guidance on Salesforce best practices, data management, and system integration.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure clients are fully equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary range £60,000 to £65,000 + bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare.
Remote first role (UK) with some travel required to head office.
