Overview Of Role
As an essential part of our property creative team, the Brand and Marketing Manager supports the Global Brand Director and General Manager in overseeing cultural and creative elements of the hotel in a variety of ways that strengthen the brand, create long-term affiliation and engagement with relevant communities and deliver short- and long-term revenue. The NoMad on-property brand team achieves these goals by engaging the hotel / brand’s communities through social media, events and creative trades, maintaining on-property touchpoints, supporting and liaising with other departments (sales, ops, marketing, revenue and our 3rd party PR agency) to provide and maintain creative assets and communications.

The Brand and Marketing Manager is expected to:
1. Always maintain a consistently professional demeanor.
2. Represent NoMad London positively in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Always adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Health & Safety policies, HR guidelines and compliance trainings.
4. Effectively manage workload and responsibilities with efficiency.
5. Foster clear and effective communication within the team, across departments and between both hotels and management.
6. Exhibit strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the team.
7. Champion our company values and foster a positive and collaborative approach across all departments.
