We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of £33,366.00 (full-time equivalent). In addition, you will receive a sleeping-in allowance of £40.76 per sleep-in, as well as 14 weeks of paid school holidays per year.
This is an opportunity to work in an outstanding residential childcare team, where you will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to providing high-quality care and support. Your duties will include managing staff, developing care plans, and overseeing the daily operations of the residence.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the needs of children and young people. You will be responsible for promoting a safe and supportive environment, and for ensuring that all residents receive the highest standard of care.
