Key Responsibilities Efficiently and accurately process administrative tasks in compliance with company standards and procedures. Deliver prompt and efficient responses to customer enquiries, whether by inbound or outbound calls, emails, or post. Take ownership and responsibility for resolving customer concerns. Organise and plan your work effectively to achieve team and personal objectives Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers at all times. Undertake additional duties, such as returning original documents to customers, as required. Skills and Experience Previous experience in customer service or administration, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with a focus on English and Maths (grade C or above) Experiencer using Microsoft Office applications (i.e Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Good organisational and planning abilities Keen attention to detail and accuracy If you have administration skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
