As part of ITV Studios Marketing, the Brand Experiences and Engagement team are a multi award-winning in-house group of experts responsible for bringing our shows, our brand, and our business to life for a range of audiences across the world.
The role
The Junior Producer works across a portfolio of events with the Producers and will have ownership of smaller experiences and internal events that underpin the annual Brand Experiences strategy for ITV Studios. They will work closely with ITV stakeholders, external partners, and the wider Marketing team to build relationships, deliver objectives, KPIs, and take our activity to the next level.
* Project planning to support the Producers on flagship experiences and deliver allocated projects, including:
* Scheduling project meetings
* Production and distribution of stakeholder documentation including agendas and post-meeting status reports
* Creation and distribution of project processes, templates, and folders using Monday.com and G drive tools
* Budget management: raise purchase orders, update budgets with agreed spend, processing project expenses
* Venue sourcing: create venue briefs and conduct independent venue searches
* Research event dressing, props, merchandise, and logistics of delivery
* Create briefs to source event talent, entertainment, and speakers
* Maintain detailed post-event analytics sheets to track ROI and ROX
* Coordinate with suppliers and agency partners for on-site logistics
* Support Producers in producing risk assessments and pre-event Health and Safety documentation
* Manage registration of internal and external guests, including creation of guest lists in Salesforce
* Forge strong links with key internal personnel
* Keep up to date with industry trends and contribute new ideas to the team
* Act as a brand ambassador for Brand Experiences and ITV Studios Marketing
* Adhere to ITV policies including compliance with the Bribery Act
* Support the CRM Manager in production of email marketing and GenAI projects
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
* Solid experience working as a Project Coordinator
* Experience delivering experiences across B2B and B2C markets
* Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
* Experience working with budgets and managing POs and invoices
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and deliver to tight deadlines
* A positive can-do attitude
Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)
* Confident with all Mac operating systems, G Suite, MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
* Understanding of Keynote, Salesforce, Monday.com (not essential)
* Good understanding of managing databases for delegate management
* Understanding of the media and events industry; previous experience at MIPCOM preferred (not essential)
* Good understanding of organising international travel for delegates
* A good understanding of venue searching
