Are you an electrical engineer looking to take ownership of your own production site? Do you have a passion for seeing things work properly and training others? Would you love to be involved in setting up a huge new production site? Are you excited to specify new equipment and visit potential suppliers? We are now looking for an Engineer to join our team, reporting into the Head of Operations. Key Responsibilities: Set up and carry out a planned maintenance routine for our manufacturing equipment and associated utilities Plan, coordinate and supervise the activities of external contractors with relation to equipment servicing Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functioning Troubleshoot performance issues on the equipment and escalate where necessary Support the wider operations team as necessary Ensure equipment is safe to use and inspected as per legal requirements Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to a culture of safety Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production processes Assist in the specification of equipment for our new site Assist in the project management of our relocation to a new site. About You: Electrical Engineering qualification Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
