Manufacturing Engineer
Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Ribble Valley area.
Salary & Package
£50,000.00. Company Benefits.
Working Hours
Day Shift: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00.
Requirements
1. Lean manufacturing.
2. Production line and factory set up.
3. Ensuring production runs efficiently.
4. Implement improvements.
5. Troubleshooting, responding to machine breakdowns.
6. Support with new products.
7. Tool design and test new equipment.
8. Problem solving and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
9. Hands-on approach.
10. Able to work in line with policies and procedures.
11. Process documentation and administration.
12. Strong understanding of health & safety.
13. Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
14. Strong understanding of IT.
15. Liaise with suppliers.
16. Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will be required to perform a manufacturing engineering role in a fast-paced production environment. You'll need to set up the factory and the production lines. You'll need to implement improvements, increase efficiencies and have a hands-on approach to ensure the operation runs smoothly. You will need to support with new products, conduct tests on new equipment and have an understanding of lean manufacturing.
