His is an exciting chance to join our Asset Management Team as a Technical Assistant, reporting directly to the Senior Technical Assistant.
In this role, you will play a key part in assisting with the management of projects across various disciplines, supporting the team in delivering improvements that keep our customers’ homes safe, secure, and well-maintained. You will help ensure all work is completed to high standards, following agreed schedules and specifications.
As a Technical Assistant, you will provide essential technical support, contribute to developing new working methods, and assist with compliance reporting. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of capital works programmes, including:
Kitchen & bathroom replacements
Energy retrofit projects
Stock condition surveys
Other asset improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, organisation, and ICT skills
Knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
A customer-focused approach and experience working collaboratively
A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
