Salary: Competitive, based on experience (£45,000 - £75,000 per annum)

The Role
As Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership and vision to ensure the continued success of the school. You will be responsible for setting high standards in teaching, learning, and pupil achievement while ensuring the school remains a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for all.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the school with a clear vision, setting ambitious goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
* Develop and implement policies that support the school’s mission and objectives.
* Provide strong leadership to the senior leadership team and wider school community.
* Ensure high standards in curriculum delivery, teaching, and learning outcomes.
* Oversee pupil progress and attainment, ensuring each student reaches their full potential.
* Take responsibility for safeguarding and ensure compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines.
* Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections, ensuring the school meets independent school standards.
* Manage staff development programs, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.
* Oversee school resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of funding.
* Lead on the formulation and review of the School Development Plan.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a passion for SEND education and a commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for students.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
* At least two years of experience working in a SEND environment or similar setting.
* A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
* A track record of improving educational standards and student outcomes.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
