Key Responsibilities
* Sales Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in data protection, compliance, and cybersecurity across diverse industries. Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking and strategic outreach.
* Client-Centric Solutions: Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with compliance and cybersecurity challenges. Cultivate lasting client relationships to drive satisfaction and uncover additional service opportunities
* Strategic Partnerships: Build strong vendor relationships to enhance offerings, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure seamless integration with project requirements.
* Marketing and Commercial Input: Collaborate on marketing campaigns, represent CSS Assure at events, and provide insights to refine pricing, services, and sales strategies.
* Revenue Leadership: Partner with leadership to shape sales strategies, set targets, and drive business growth.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Proven Expertise: Experience in sales and business development within data protection, compliance, or cybersecurity sectors.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of frameworks like GDPR, NIS/NIS 2, and related compliance requirements.
* Track Record of Success: Achieved sales targets, built pipelines, and navigated complex sales cycles with confidence.
* Exceptional Communication: Skilled in negotiation and presentations, simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
* Collaborative Team Player: Experience aligning sales efforts with marketing and operations to drive seamless strategies.
* Proactive Problem-Solver: Self-motivated with a knack for spotting and seizing growth opportunities.
* Marketing Support: Experience contributing to campaigns, creating content, engaging on social media, and participating in events.
* Data-Driven Approach: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics to track leads, measure performance, and report insights.
* Commercial Oversight: Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar billing software, with experience in managing financial aspects of sales.
