About the Role This exciting position offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on our pupils from the very start of their day until the afternoon. Your role will begin each day as a Playleader at our welcoming Connect Breakfast Club, providing a fun, safe, and structured start to the school day for our pupils. Following this, you'll transition into your main role as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, supporting children in the classroom with their learning and social skills interventions. You will also support at Lunchtime helping to ensure children feel happy, safe, and supported during their midday break.
