We are seeking a CEO & Director to lead one of these businesses, taking it from concept to profitability using HTV’s frameworks, tools, and mentorship.
What You’ll Do
As CEO & Director, you’ll be responsible for:
* Strategic Leadership: Driving the vision, strategy, and execution for your assigned venture.
* Building Systems: Developing and optimizing systems across marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
* Team Development: Recruiting and managing a high-performing team to support growth.
* Client Acquisition: Using HTV’s frameworks to acquire high-value clients and scale revenue.
* Performance Reporting: Providing regular updates to HTV leadership on progress and milestones.

What We’re Looking For

* Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving measurable success, particularly in revenue growth or operational efficiency.
* Industry Expertise: Experience in one or more of our target niches is a bonus but not required.
Success Milestones
* 42 Days: Acquire 3 paying clients to validate the business model.
* 90 Days: Establish a reliable revenue stream with six-figure annualized income.
* 12 Months: Scale the business to seven-figure revenue.
* Long-Term: Grow the venture sustainably and explore future opportunities for expansion or strategic partnerships.
