NIGHT TEAM MEMBER - 4 on 4 off - 12 Hour Shifts (7pm - 7am) or (9pm - 9am)

1. Provide a high standard of customer service to all customers.
2. Respond appropriately to both customers and drivers.
3. Allocate jobs to drivers & plan to achieve the required response times.
4. Handle live customer complaints.
5. Maintain full awareness of real-time resource availability.
6. Price jobs for drivers & customers as per pricing process.
7. Maximize opportunities to prevent occurrences of loss-making jobs.
What we need from you to be successful:
1. Strong work ethic with full attention to detail & accuracy.
2. Able to solve complaints and issues.
3. Able to work alone and unsupervised at times.
4. Experience within a high-pressure environment is advantageous.
5. Strong admin skills & willingness to be flexible.
