Mixtons is a fast-growing Ready-to-Drink (RTD) cocktail brand that’s shaking up an industry stuck in the past. As we continue our mission to become the most loved RTD brand on the planet, we’re on the hunt for a talented Brand Marketing & Community Manager to elevate our brand presence and engage with our audience in fresh, exciting ways. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our creative efforts and help shape the future of Mixtons.

* Mixtons has the largest events presence of any RTD brand in the UK, sponsoring the likes of Boardmasters, Kendall Calling, Victorious and Bournemouth 7’s, alongside being the exclusive cocktail partner for Winter Wonderland’s Ice Bar.
* Won 2 major listings at Wholefoods and WHSmiths, with one SKU being the 2nd best selling of any RTD in WF.
* Begun scaling our trade accounts, going live at Indigo at the O2.
* Alcohol titans on board including ex-CMO Pernod Ricard, exited founder of Hi-Spirits/Chairman at Proof Drinks, ex-MD at Distill Ventures.
* Key investors including major YouTuber/Podcaster Calfreezy and his co-host Chip alongside industry leaders in multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities.
Strategic Planning: We have a very clearly defined brand world. Utilising this, you’ll develop actionable marketing plans aligned with Mixtons' vision, growth goals, and target audience.
Omni-Channel Execution: Taking the top level strategy and running marketing activities across our key pillars of email, paid social, PR and Influencer ensuring brand cohesion, outsourcing where necessary.
Creative Ideation: You’ll be encouraged to think big and generate original ideas to execute on; we actively want to stand out, go against the grain and create an ‘OR’ brand. This includes brainstorming creative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
Content Strategy: You’ll work with our content partners to formulate clear content plans that deliver key messages in disruptive ways. You may also get involved in the production and planning of said content.
Social Media Management: Manage all aspects of the Mixtons social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis. Ensure consistency and constant testing/iterating to improve quality.
IRL Community Events: You will have the opportunity to launch our IRL Community Events arm with the objective of creating Mixtons ‘FOMO’ moments in-person, effectively capturing the moment to then share online.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives and campaigns, analyse data to derive insights and use findings to optimise future strategies and tactics.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster a cohesive team environment and share insights to drive collective success.
Live and Breath It: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to stay ahead of the competition. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the company. Encourage a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
