Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (On-Call Duties Required)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Managerto join our team in an Ofsted-registered residential home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a full-time role with standard hours of 9 AM to 5 PM, including on-call duties. The Deputy Manager will be expected to cover shifts in emergency situations only.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Management:Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for the children.
2. Staff Supervision:Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of residential staff, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
3. Safeguarding & Compliance:Ensure all policies and procedures align with Ofsted standards, Childrens Homes Regulations, and safeguarding protocolsto protect and support the children.
