The Role:
We are seeking an Administrator to work as part of a team on campus in the Student Finance Centre to deliver the Student Support Services strategy.
The postholder will answer student queries on a daily basis, ensuring the provision of an effective, efficient and empathetic Student Finance service with the aim of offering students the best possible student experience, whilst they are studying at the University of Portsmouth. You will also work with the Head of Department to provide comprehensive administration support for incoming financial support applications and particularly in relation to the Electronic Document Management (EDM) system and student data.
