Key accountabilities: • Responsible for the collection of outstanding debt, and oversight of all cash reconciliation. • Work with and support the offshore Credit Control team and, providing clear information and a point of contact for any issues they may have. • Act as a primary contact point to resolve all Credit Control issues • In collaboration with the Credit Control Team Leader, review processes and procedures on a regular basis in order to identify efficiency gains, documenting and rolling out where required. • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley control documents relevant to the team and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with company guidelines. • Regular reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader on all key responsibilities Required Experience: • Attention to detail• Minimum of fluency in Turkish and English languages• Experience within a Customer Service, processing or administrative role• Experience of following written instructions, data entry and document/report drafting is advantageous I look forward to receiving your application.Pertemps acts as both an employment business and an employment agency.
