Job Title: Site Manager - Decent Homes

Role:
Site Manager required by leading main contractor to run a decent homes project in Reading. The framework has 9 years left to run and will deliver new Kitchens to 800 properties over the next 2 years. The successful individual will work alongside 1 other Site Manager and report to a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all site activities for a planned refurbishment project focused on affordable housing.
2. Oversee the execution of works in occupied residences, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
3. Report directly to the Project Manager.
4. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
5. Maintain high safety standards on site.
6. Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
7. Address any challenges or issues that may arise during the refurbishment process.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a site manager in residential refurbishment projects, particularly in occupied homes.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
4. Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
5. Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management.
