Aftersales Advisor
Location: Abergele, Conwy
Full Time – Average 44 hours per week
Salary: £27,250 per annum + OTE Bonus (circa £4,000) | Overtime paid at Time + ½ basic rate

Specialising in new and used car sales across a variety of franchises, as well as offering genuine parts and accessories, vehicle servicing, and repairs for vehicles, motorhomes, and caravans, the company has become one of the top performers for the brands they represent.
Due to continued business growth and success, they are looking for a very talented, enthusiastic Aftersales Advisor to work in their busy multi-franchised aftersales department.
Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet customers, answering all aftersales queries and placing bookings for service and repair work.
2. Work closely with a team of experienced professionals to control the flow of work through the workshop and sales showrooms.
3. Maximise the utilisation, productivity, and efficiency KPI’s of the Aftersales department while maintaining high standards of customer care, working within specific targets and budget guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven customer service background with the ability to work well in a team.
2. Solid understanding of vehicle aftersales repairs and maintenance; previous franchise dealership experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
3. Well-organised with good numeracy, IT and literacy skills.
4. Experience with invoicing, billing, and completion of job instruction cards.
5. Understanding of monetary transactions and use of general office equipment.
