Join a market-leading desk specialising in distressed bonds, loans, and restructuring across Europe and emerging markets. As a Legal Analyst Associate, you’ll work on high-stakes transactions, including active restructurings, insolvency situations, and providing innovative financial solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver confidential information for trading functions.
* Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements and legal documentation.
* Collaborate with traders, sales teams, and customers to expedite confidential exchanges.
* Support new investments and resolution of non-performing loans.
Your Skills and Experience:
* University degree in law (top law school preferred).
* Experience with top-tier law firms or financial institutions.
* Strong understanding of loan documentation, insolvency, and bankruptcy procedures.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
