Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Management Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Highways Framework Manager or similar role and be looking for a new permanent opportunity.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in managing infrastructure projects, including highways and construction. They will be able to work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
We are offering a competitive salary of £**85,000 - £100,000 per annum**, depending on experience, to attract the best candidates for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* To manage and coordinate large-scale infrastructure projects, including highways and construction
* To develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
* To lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success
* To maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties
Requirements
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as civil engineering or project management
* At least 5 years' experience in infrastructure management, preferably in a leadership role
* Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, such as Microsoft Project
