We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 42 hours a week (working 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Thornfield Grange.
Due to a genuine contractual need, we are looking for drivers with a clean full UK driving licence of at least two years for this vacancy.

Job responsibilities
Thornfield Grange can provide you with exciting opportunity, working 42 hours per week. Shift hours are 8am - 8pm and 8pm - 8am. Week one, working Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday and week 2, working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Shifts are on a rolling rota which will provide you with opportunity to plan a positive work life balance. There are also opportunities to work a range of these shifts depending on your circumstances which can be discussed and negotiated at interview stage.
Thornfield Grange is a specialist residential service with nursing for adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. Based in Bishop Auckland, County Durham, Thornfield Grange supports individuals who have behaviours that may challenge, as well as those who have significant difficulties with social engagement.
