Job Title: Internal Assistant Account Manager Department: Sales Reporting to: Sales Manager Job Summary: Working for a growing family run business, you will be responsible for assisting Account Manager with the building and maintaining of long-term relationships with the company’s most important clients. Principally ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty whilst driving business growth. Playing a crucial role in fostering trust, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Department/Location: Morden, SM4 4LP Hours of work: Your normal hours of work are 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Normal hours of work may be varied to meet the needs of the Company as and when required. Employment basis: Permanent Date: January 2025 Salary: £32,000 Company Performance Related Bonus Primary roles and responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: Serving as the internal point of contact for key accounts alongside Account Managers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Providing Job Status updates and editing/sending of work reports for clients. Providing quotations for contract renewals, maintenance/repair works and new product installations. • Revenue Growth: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to achieve company wide revenue targets. • Collaboration: Working closely with Designated Account Managers and internal Teams in Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align efforts and meet client expectations. • Performance Management: Meet team/individual performance goals such as MSI’s Performance Expectations: • Prioritize work so that customer care is provided at all times in line with their needs • Ensuring that customer specific KPI’s are managed and met • Processing and managing of Purchase Orders from clients • Creating/Updating of Clients Asset lists • Sales Quotations Follow Up • Attend regular Sales meetings • Provide Client with required documents and communication for site visits. • Potential to secure F2F appointments for Extenal Sales Team to maximise Business Growth • Consistently align your actions and decisions with the interests and strategic direction of the company's Leadership and Directors. • Support your team members by assisting them with their tasks whenever needed, taking responsibility to provide help in any way possible. Be approachable and don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty. • Be a Stand-By Ambassador, any concerns, issues or worries are shared directly to your Line Manager and are not conveyed to your Team to ensure that a high morale is maintained. • Be accountable for your own mandate.
