We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage professional to join our team at Caer Rhun Hall as a Breakfast Supervisor.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional breakfast experiences, ensuring our team provides outstanding service and creating memorable moments for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Train and support new and existing team members to deliver excellent customer service.
✅ Work across all Food & Beverage areas—including Bar, Restaurant, Lounge, Banqueting, and Room Service.
✅ Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout all Food & Beverage areas.
✅ Handle payments and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
✅ Assist in the planning and organization of daily operations to ensure smooth service.
✅ Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient operations across all outlets.
✅ Attend meetings as required.
✅ Participate in the Duty Manager rota when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
Supervisory experience in hospitality, particularly within Food & Beverage in a hotel or quality establishment.
A passion for food and drink with excellent attention to detail to maintain high standards.
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
An ability to multi-task, resolve guest enquiries efficiently, and engage warmly with guests.
A proactive, hands-on approach and a positive, can-do attitude.
This position is based outside Conwy—access to your own transport is desirable due to limited public transport options.
