We are looking for kind-hearted and dedicated home care assistants to perform the following tasks:
* Help our clients with meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and companionship;
* Light domestic duties;
* Shopping if required;
* Any other activities to allow our clients to maintain their quality of life at home.
Expectations and Qualifications of a Home Care Assistant:
* Compassionate and caring approach to duties;
* Professional and dedicated with good communication skills;
* Reliable and flexible;
* Willing to learn and grow with the company;
* Experience in domiciliary and residential care (desirable but not essential);
* Home care qualifications are desirable but not essential as professional and paid training will be provided.

This role is based near Dorchester. We do not support relocation or visa sponsorship; candidates not residing/relocating need not apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.
Pay: Up to £15.75 per hour.
Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week.
