JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant and Bar Manager to oversee our bustling Restaurant and Bar at Delta Hotels, by Marriott Huntingdon. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and team management.
Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant
2. Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support
3. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
4. Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
5. Implement and maintain health and safety regulations
6. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth
7. Comply with all corporate accounting procedures
8. Assist Management as needed with annual Quality audit
Skills
1. Strong leadership abilities to inspire and lead a team effectively
2. Proficiency in food production, bartending, and food preparation
3. Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
4. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
5. Understanding of the brand's service culture
6. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
The role will have varied shifts that could be made up of the following:
5.30am - 2.00pm / 7.00am - 3.30pm / 12.00pm - 8.30pm / 3.00pm - 11.00pm / 5.00pm - 01.30am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,918.00 - £30,000 per year (Dependent on Experience)

Education and Experience (Preferred)
1. High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
2. OR
3. 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related
