Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, hours per week
Reports to: Customer Supply Manager
Location: Leek Foods UK
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

Ornua is actively seeking an Inventory Administrator to join our Customer Service department as we continue our growth trajectory. The Administrator will play a key role in being the custodian of the raw material order management process for the inventory team. You will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders such as warehousing, suppliers and customers.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
As our next Inventory Administrator is responsible for leading on;
10. Custodian and proactive management of the OFL2 order management process
11. Ensuring all supplier contractual purchasing obligations are adhered to
12. Analysing stock vs requirement to ensure stock availability for order fulfilment
13. Maintain inventory files and inventory records ensuring their integrity and accuracy
14. Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately
15. Manage supplier returns ensuring a timely and accurate process
16. Timely and effective engagement with all key stakeholders
17. Drive the Continuous Improvement agenda through the Customer Supply Chain.
18. Cover for Inventory Team through holidays and absence where required
