We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work in our Gloucester office on a permanent basis. This is an exciting position for the right candidate who is looking to further their career with a forward-thinking and thriving company. You'll receive comprehensive training to ensure that you're given all the tools to be the best you can possibly be.
Purpose of the role:
To maintain and grow sales from a group of existing clients through great customer service and proactive account management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing 1st class customer service at all times.
2. Striving to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
3. Sourcing creative solutions to meet clients' requirements and promote their brand effectively.
4. Proactive account management with outbound contact (phone/email/LinkedIn etc) keeping in touch with clients, following up quotes and developing relationships.
5. Requesting quotations to be created by the internal team.
6. Arranging for product samples and visuals to be sent to customers as requested.
7. Working with the internal projects team to ensure all orders are approved and delivered on schedule.
8. You will be trained in how to offer creative solutions to meet the clients' needs and ultimately offer them the right product that gives them a great return on investment.
