📍 Location: KINMEL PARK INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, RHYL BODELWYDDAN, LL18 5TY
📅 Shift Pattern: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
🕒 Hours: 02.00am - 09.30am
💰 Salary: £25,794.01 p/a
What you’ll be doing:
* Provide on the job training to all staff to ensure they are able to undertake their duties effectively, efficiently and safely and provide direction where necessary
* Plan and control the allocated resources within your team based on volume forecasts
* Actively support and promote culture change within the business
* Promote and participate in active communication within your teams
* Organise and manage the operation to ensure safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness aligned to KPIs, Service Pledge and Company guidelines.
* To ensure that quality standards are maintained while productivity targets are met
* Motivate and develop a team in a continuous improvement environment, coaching and guiding the team, with an involved approach, at all times.
* Ensure all staff have completed the necessary Health & Safety Training to carry out their role safely
* Ensure the warehouse and loading areas are kept clean, tidy and safe at all times to comply with Company Policy and Health & Safety Regulations.
* Ensure safe systems of work are being adhered to at all times
* Highlight and manage any risk assessments required for staff, i.e., returning from an absence, maternity risk assessments, or any new tasks/machinery requiring staff to undergo further training
* Manage and motivate the team to meet customer timescales and improved productivity
* Provide Hand over Report as required by Management

* Ability to work under pressure and Meeting deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
