Main Responsibilities Contribute to the formulation and development of investment strategies across European real estate markets. Support deal execution by building and maintaining financial models, ensuring accuracy and robustness of underwriting outputs. Assist in the analysis, structuring, negotiation, and recommendation of new investment opportunities. Help prepare internal investment memoranda for presentation to senior investment professionals. Support all aspects of transaction execution, including due diligence, financial underwriting, and coordination of legal documentation. Contribute to asset management efforts related to existing investments, ensuring optimal performance and value creation. Assist with the active management of direct assets, joint ventures, and fund investments. Engage in business development activities and help manage relationships with partners, stakeholders, and counterparties. Deliver timely and accurate reporting to senior management and control functions. Background and Experience Strong academic credentials with a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Banking. 3–5 years of relevant real estate transactional experience across the UK and/or Europe. ideally from real estate investment banking, advisory, or buy-side roles (e.g., real estate private equity). Solid understanding of financial structures, including equity and debt instruments, both listed and private, as well as JVs and indirect investments. Excellent financial modelling skills with exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Confident in developing high-quality presentations in collaboration with senior team members. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is highly desirable. Analytical, proactive, and committed team player, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
