Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
Create disruptive creative across a variety of upper and lower channels such as social, digital, print, experiential and campaigns, reporting into the Creative Director and overseeing the end-to-end process alongside the Copy Director.
Champion and evolve the brand's art direction and tone of voice to drive engagement and differentiation of E.ON Next within the market.
Lead and mentor a team of talented designers, and collaborate with copywriters, editors and wider business teams.
Help to pioneer the formative years of E.ON Next's official in-house creative agency.

We're looking for an Art Director with the following experience and skills;
Highly creative individual, with the ability to solve and translate complex issues into simple, audience-centric solutions.
A pro at building compelling creative response decks that articulate concepts, address brief requirements, inspire and secure stakeholder approval.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and navigating multiple levels of feedback within your stride.
Extremely hands-on with a graphic design background, you'll be supporting the team on creative ideation, concepting, scamping and artwork development.
Oversee shoots for stills, film and content and Self-assured to direct and manage a production team.
Provides clear, actionable, and constructive creative feedback, and empowers the team to consistently elevate creative output.
Experience in creating guidelines and asset toolkits for brand, campaign and activations.
Partners cross-functionally to analyse performance insights and identify emerging creative opportunities, translating them into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and improve performance metrics.
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, external agencies and/or media partner companies at any given time.
Demonstrative business acumen, with the agility to react and pivot to evolving business needs while maintaining a commitment to creative excellence.
Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Adobe CC) and Figma. After Effects and simple animations skills is preferable but not essential.
Proficient at managing a mid-sized creative team across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
It would be great if you had:
5-10 years art direction and graphic design experience.
Google workspace and Asana experience.
Appreciation for the role of copy, particularly within a regulated industry would be beneficial.
Confidence in making quick resolutions with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
An understanding of current design trends and landscape, leveraging these insights to push boundaries and break category conventions.
