Job summary Following a review of the Health Board's Operational Structure, we have an exciting new role for an Assistant Director of Quality, Safety and Patient Experience within our new Allied Health and Health Science Clinical Care Group. This is a key senior leadership post in the new structure providing clinical leadership as part of the new Clinical Care Group, working collaboratively across the health and social care system to support the delivery of high quality, sustainable and kind person centred care. The post holder will report to the Clinical Care Group Service Director and will be operationally accountable to the Chief Operating Officer and professionally accountable Executive Director of Allied Health Professions and Health Science. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving quality, safety and patient experience, experience in health and care. The post holder will have extensive experience of people leadership, operational management and performance whilst ensuring value for money. You will be a skilled communicator, that is able to build relationships to lead and deliver change in line wit the Health Boards strategic plan.
