Integrated Metering Alliance (IMA) is the team that provides new and replacement meters, water saving initiatives and develops new ways to better service our customers. Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic IMA Performance Reporting Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of performance frameworks for Anglian Water and its alliances. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our metering, alliances, and suppliers not only meet but exceed operational goals, business and regulatory standards. You’ll be instrumental in leading performance reporting, governance, and data integrity across our frameworks and in shaping data-driven insights for impactful decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and management of the metering performance framework, aligning it with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee performance reporting and ensure data quality, accuracy, and availability, enabling compliance with KPIs, ODIs, and PCDs.
* Guide the creation of clear, accessible dashboards for real-time performance insights, facilitating improved decision-making and strategic planning.
* Drive operational, financial, and people performance within metering and the embedded alliances, promoting best practices and cost efficiency.
* Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
* Build and coach a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and engaging environment that supports Anglian Water’s mission.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in performance management or reporting within a large-scale infrastructure or utilities setting.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate performance insights effectively to both internal and external partners.
* Expertise in data integrity, governance, and compliance, with a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
* Ability to drive positive change, leveraging data and reporting automation to enhance performance.
* Skilled in creating and managing performance frameworks that align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
