Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored care plans
* Implement evidence-based interventions and therapies to support young people's well-being
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular reviews to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified professional or accredited Counsellor with a proven track record in child development and mental health
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and colleagues
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, prioritising the needs of vulnerable individuals
